1. Introduction

Welcome to "MissionaryConnect", a digital product of "Digital Missions Display, LLC" ("we," "us," "our"), headquartered at 149 Double Creek Drive, Gaffney, South Carolina 29341. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software, touchscreen displays, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using MissionaryConnect, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ministry Focus

MissionaryConnect is designed for use by Bible-believing Baptist churches, especially Independent Fundamental Baptist churches, seeking to better connect with the missionaries they support. Our goal is to strengthen the local church's relationship with the mission field using visual tools that promote prayer, awareness, and engagement.

3. Separate Ministries & No Competition

"Digital Missions Display" and the "MissionaryConnect App" operate independently of all missionary-sending agencies or databases.

  • We are not affiliated with, nor do we act on behalf of, Missions21.com, PBMI, MWBM, or other similar missions agencies.
  • We may receive authorized missionary content (such as prayer letters or update summaries) through partnerships or integrations, but we do not vet, recruit, or endorse missionaries.

4. Definitions & Roles

MissionaryConnect displays content through secure and permission-based syncs.

  • We do not filter missionaries based on doctrine or handle missionary screening—agencies like Missions21 handle those functions.
  • We do not serve as a mission board, sending agency, or doctrinal filter.

5. Permitted Use

Churches may use MissionaryConnect to:

  • Display missionary prayer letters, photos, videos, and updates
  • Share missions-related content in their foyers, fellowship halls, classrooms, or kiosks
  • Strengthen church-member awareness and prayer for supported missionaries

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform to evaluate, vet, or approve missionaries
  • Represent our tools as doctrinally filtering or screening missionaries
  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish missionary content without proper consent
  • Claim affiliation with Missions21 or other agencies through MissionaryConnect

7. Data & Content Ownership

Missionary profiles and updates displayed through MissionaryConnect remain the property of the original content source. Our platform acts only as a display and organizational tool.

8. Disclaimers

All missionary data displayed is provided "as-is." Churches should verify doctrinal alignment, financial accountability, and ministry effectiveness independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital Missions Display is not liable for decisions made based on the display of missionary data, nor for inaccuracies or omissions in missionary content provided by third parties.
